We worked with Shannon Hormanski last summer to sell our house in Downers Grove. She had worked with us for quite a while before we finally made the decision to sell - and never pressured us or pushed us to move sooner than we chose. I was quite nervous about selling as this was the first time we'd done so, but she made the experience fabulous! Shannon was on top of anything that was needed and provided great information and advice throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer questions and provide explanations when I needed anything. I will (and already have!) heartily recommend her to anyone needing a broker.

Shannon was by far the best person to work with during our new home buying experience. My husband and I were so lucky to have found her! She goes above and beyond, even after we closed on the house! She was so easy to contact and discuss with, she got back to us quickly, and always made sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. Shannon is hands down the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure of working with. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, while at the same time being extremely personable. As daunting as home buying and selling can be, she made it all seem easy. She walked us through every step of the process, recommended, but didn’t push, attorneys and lenders, and made the whole process as painless and easy as can be.

Shannon was always available and went out of her way to answer questions as they came up and help us get our place ready to sell. When it came to the buying she made sure she didn’t influence our decisions and try to talk us into a house, but made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision.
