Shannon Morey

Shannon strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and to bring a little fun into every real estate transaction. She has lived in the area her whole life and loves Maple Valley as much as she loves her job.
As a Pacific Northwest native, Shannon has witnessed great transformation in the Four Corners area – from a one-stop light highway to a bustling city that retains its small-town feel. Her intimate knowledge of this region, and experiences of having lived here all her life, give Shannon an enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home. She truly loves this area and her job.

After raising three kids, Shannon started her own business in the home services industry. For almost 10 years her attention to detail, hard work and dedication to clients earned respect in the local community. Today, as an experienced real estate agent, Shannon continues those traits by taking the time to get to know her clients and helping them navigate their way through the home buying or selling process. She is passionate about her work and dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Shannon is active in the community as a member of the Maple Valley-Black Diamond Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and 2023 President-elect of South King County Women’s Council of Realtors. She is a volunteer at the Covington Storehouse – a food pantry for local families – and belongs to 100+ Women Who Care – supporting local non-profits. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time at home with her family on Lake Sawyer, hiking local trails and cooking.
