Shannon Munoz

Shannon Muñoz was born and raised in SoCal. She moved from Orange County to the Inland Valley in 2006 and absolutely love the little community. She started in the industry as a transaction coordinator. Shannon is thankful for those years. The exposure to the industry and the opportunity to know all the disclosures before actually selling homes was priceless in preparing her. She got her license in 2017. It has been the best decision she ever made. She loves people and loves helping people! Shannon waited tables for 20 years and there are so many similarities to waiting tables and selling homes. To be good at both you need to love people, love serving people, know how to multitask and work under pressure. She specializes in full service real estate meaning from start to finish every step of the way she is with you, and it doesn't end after the sale. All of Shannon’s clients know that once the deal is over her job is not. She is, hopefully, their forever go to for all things real estate. She especially loves working with first time buyers.
