Shannon Rice is a full-time licensed Realtor® with over seven years of experience specializing in, yet not limited to, rural and land properties with experience in military and first-time buyers. Shannon is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and a Certified Military Residential Specialist.
Shannon, a native Texan, grew up in the rural area near Mansfield and has lived in Rhome, Texas for over eleven years. She is a mother of two adult children and one teenager. Shannon loves art, the outdoors, riding 4 wheelers and ATVs, swimming,sports, extensive exercise, drawing, painting, photography, knitting and crocheting. She loves to play tennis with her teenage daughter and cheering for her when she competes at tennis tournaments.
She is involved in her local church family, volunteering at Valiant Hearts, a local ministry that helps to eradicate sexual exploitation. She also leads a gateway tennis group through her church. She attended Tarrant County College and Texas Woman’s University majoring in graphic design and photography. With her art background, Shannon is naturally detail-oriented and a problem solver who loves to find solutions.
Shannon worked for one of the nation’s leading home infusion companies. These businesses allow patients to receive medications via needles or catheters in the comfort of their home. She managed over fifty-two sites in the United States as well as overseeing the financial hardship department. She has great compassion for people and a heart to help others.
While her compassion has led her to help people with one of their most important financial decisions, she takes great pride in the relationships she builds and works relentlessly on her clients’ behalf whether they are selling or purchasing a home.
Her top priority is to stay educated and up to date with the market so that she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise for buying and selling real estate in north Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
