Shannon Savage

A detailed-oriented, hard-working solutions specialist, Shannon Savage is a residential serving the Greater Seattle and Eastside areas. Shannon holds the prestigious designation Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and conscientiously represents and safeguards her clients' interests in all contract negotiations. After living in 6 zip codes in both Seattle and the Eastside over the past 25 years, Shannon understands each local market's characteristics and what defines that unique community. From evaluating school districts, home prices, commutes and leisure activities, Shannon takes time to ask the right questions of her clients and guides them in making the best decision to meet their criteria when buying or selling a home.

A graduate of Gonzaga University, Shannon moved to the Greater Seattle area gaining experience in business start-ups, health care and technical editing and writing. She participates in many volunteer and board positions. These skills paired with her ability to genuinely connect with people created a natural combination for her success in the real estate industry.

Shannon and her husband have managed, bought, and sold several properties in the Puget Sound area. They continue to invest in their community while raising their four growing children.
