About Shannon

Shannon was born in Cocoa Beach, FL in the Cape Canaveral Hospital. At the age of three, her family moved to Jacksonville, FL. Enthusiastic to become "independent," she started working at age 16 in retail stores, focusing on customer service, while continuing to finish High School. Seven years later, she moved on to work with an A+ rated life insurance company, managing production and customer service teams, where she would spend the next 20 years.

Passionate about the water, outdoors, interior design and history, Shannon decided moving to the St. Augustine area would be a perfect fit. With encouragement from family, friends and co-workers, as she truly enjoyed being a "people person," she decided to follow her dreams and pursue a career in real estate. She is grateful to be a resident of this amazing, historic town, where locals and tourists gather to enjoy time with family and relax, live music plays, quaint coffee shops reside, and history is experienced on every street.
