Shannon Sutton

Design junkie, Frenchie mom, nature-lover, yogi, and of course, REALTOR. My name is Shannon Sutton, and I'm a real estate broker in Chicago. I specialize in the city's North side neighborhoods as well as the Western suburbs, and I split my time between @ Properties' Hinsdale and Bucktown offices. After moving from Bucktown to Clarendon Hills with my husband and dog in 2023, I've become a bona fide champion of the city-to-burbs transition (come on in, the water's fine!). My hybrid schedule allows me to enjoy the best of both worlds every week, which is a perfect balance for me. After a decade in the print advertising world, I fell in love with the consultative nature of real estate in 2018 and never looked back. It's deeply rewarding to coach my clients through the process of buying or selling a home, and my goal is to keep everyone relaxed and smiling throughout. No matter how many transactions I work on over the course of my career, I hope never to lose sight of the energy, inspiration, and potential that the right space can unlock.
