Shannon has been a major help with locating a home for me. We’ve seen numerous places from houses to condos to townhomes and even looked at major rehab homes. She’s always helped me stay positive throughout my search as this is a very competitive market right now! We’ve put in a few contracts and have lost a few because it’s just so competitive right now. But we will continue looking until the right one comes along. Shannon has been so patient with me throughout this process and when I do finally find my home, it will be amazing and all thanks to her. I’ve not only gained an awesome realtor but a new friend as well!
