Shannon Vindett

I am a rare Central Florida "Native" since 1967 Growing up I watched all three of my granfathers either build homes, build commercial buildings or sell real estate. My love for homes happened early on.

After graduating high school with an award of "Business Student of the Year", I pursed a position working for a commercial cleaning franchisor on a nationwide scale which entitled later to become
a corporate officer.

In 1998, I started an irrigation repair company with my husband also in the central florida area that still continues today. My extensive knowledge in area growth benefits my customers when selling or buying their home.

My back ground includes developing property, custom home design, building and remodeling homes.

My approach is keeping it committed, professional, simple and honest.

My hobbies include interior design, staging, organizing, home floor plan designing, color trending, making consumer products and selling them worldwide, playing golf, painting, going to the beach, reading and researching everything.
