Shannon was amazing. I found my house that I am now the owner of the first time we went out to look at houses. She is was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods I was looking at. She has a great personality and from start to finish she treated my house buying process as it was her own. She stayed in touch with my lender and with me. She was honest with all of the process and I just cant say enough about how great she really was during the process. I recommend her highly to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Shannon was incredible to work with. Not only was she very prompt in her response time, but she truly took genuine interest in my needs and life. I had several failed attempts with previous realtors who wouldn't call me back or made me feel that I was spending enough for their time. Shannon really took me under her wing and promised she would find me the perfect home. She did just that! I am truly grateful for her willingness to help me and take time out to really care. I really couldn't say enough about her or my experience with her. If you're looking for a realtor that truly cares past a paycheck, she's the way to go.

Shannon was incredibly helpful in buying our new home!! She met us last minute on a busy Saturday so we could view the property. She was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Shannon did an incredible job as our realtor! My husband and I had some pretty tough demands, including staying in our current neighborhood within our price range. Although it was a difficult task, Shannon accomplished it, and was AMAZING with all of the negotiations. In fact, we were able to purchase our DREAM home, and we never thought we could have afforded it in a million years. She truly worked her magic! She is excellent at communicating (which is a priority for me, personally). She always keeps her client's best interest at heart, she is truly someone who always does the right thing. I cannot say that about other realtors that I have worked with (very briefly) in the past. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to ANYONE! Choose Shannon as your realtor, and you will not regret it. We plan on using her again when we are ready to list our first home (we currently still own this home and are keeping it as a rental dwelling).

Shannon has been an amazing agent and now a great friend! She was and is super knowledgeable on the areas me and my husband were looking in and gave her honest and most educated opinions when asked!!
