Shant Boudakian

My name is Shant Boudakian from Re/Max Team in Jackson Heights Queens, NY.

I am a proud father of two beautiful children who are now young adults....and try to see them as often as I can.

I enjoy classical music, opera, and ballet....at the same time you will also find me at The Who concert, or pumping up some Pink Floyd. Too bad there aren't anymore disco tech's around either, because I would be there too. I have love for older automobiles...specifically older Thunderbirds and eventually will land a project car to tinker around with as it is one of my things on my bucket list to do......car restoration. Love to travel and see new places and taste new foods. Love to take road trips on a spontaneous moment whenever possible. Have driven 20 cross country trips across East and West of The United States.

I grew up in the neighborhood of Jackson Heights Queens from 1965 to 1986 which happen to be the best years of my life. My knowledge of Jackson Heights and the surrounding area's are my strongpoints in this geographic region as this was my world for 21 years of my adolescent life. In 1986 I moved to Syosset, Long Island NY, as well as Lake Ronkonkoma from 2001 to 2006. My knowledge of Long Island is also a credit as I have traveled to many of the area's of the Island as well, and am familiar with most of the island. Presently I am once again living in Syosset LI.

I have helped to sell homes in Queens and have re-settled my sellers to beautiful homes out on Long Island this past few years. This is a specialty of my skills as I can help the seller get his property sold and also find them another home without too much down time between the two transactions. This is usually a harder task than usual, but I make sure to cross my "T's" and dot my "I's" so we will have a smooth transition as well as happy clients and customers.

I learn something new about the Real Estate profession every day as no one knows everything about anything, and there is always something new to learn everyday. I strive to be the best at my field with honesty, integrity, and hard work. Frankly there is no other way to conduct yourself in business as you have to dedicate yourself to provide the best service to your customers, and or clients. Honest work always pays off, and I have had many great payoffs through out my career in any walk of life I chose to be in.
