Shanta Torbert is an amazing realtor! Following a bad experience with another agent, we reached out for a second opinion.

Shanta was so patient listening to our circumstance and offered her insight and guidance to navigate that situation before we were even her clients. Once we signed on with her, she jumped right in to figure out what we needed as a family and what our hopes and desires were. She was easy to work with, connected us with contractors, and facilitated the process without ever being overbearing or overpowering. She was always available despite the challenge of us being on the middle of an out state move. She remained optimistic about the process when we were doubtful and ultimately she sold our home for a price that we were comfortable with.

We bought our condo several years ago using another agent, who referred us to Ms. Torbert for the sale. Ms. Torbert was on top of everything, and was extremely responsive. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We were thoroughly prepared for every step because of her legwork. Thanks to Ms. Torbert, the condo sold in one day at the price we were hoping for. Because of her, we were able to move for a new job without any issues. You can’t argue with those results.
