Shara is absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I were looking to buy our first home in the Temecula area which is over an hour away from the current rental we're in and an area we aren't very familiar with. Shara was recommended to us by a good friend who knows her personally and professionally and we're so thankful for that connection! She knows Temecula extremely well and even took the time to drive around with us through multiple family friendly neighborhoods and to point out recommended shopping centers and businesses while we were going to open houses to help give us a better idea of the area in general.

She is incredibly organized, pays attention to detail, responds quickly, is truly your advocate through the entire process, she's very personable and tenacious and she gets things done right and quickly. Since this was our first time buying a home, she made sure to walk us through the whole process from day one and answered every question we had thoroughly. We fell in love with an incredible home that we can't wait to move into with our family, our offer was accepted next day with Shara's help and advice and we are now officially first time home owners! Do yourself a favor and hire this amazing realtor to help get the job done right.

Shara is the powerhouse you want in your corner whether you are buying or selling. She represented me as a property owner for 3 years before she represented me as a seller, and utter competence is what you get when you work with her. She's got a personal and professional network that is invaluable, and she is adept at leveraging her strengths and assets to produce optimal results. Great communicator, impeccable initiative and follow through; count yourself lucky if she chooses to do business with you, because she delivers results beyond your greatest expectation. It is impossible to enumerate the value of the peace of mind you get with Shara working on your behalf. Some people shop around for the cheapest realtor they can get, and the yield reflects. Shara is worth every penny you'll spend, especially when yield on the back end is maximized in your favor. Get her while you can, as I'm sure the demand for her services will make the opportunity scarce!

We worked with Shara Rojas in the spring of 2022 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day we showed our home, thanks in large part to Shara’s incredible work ethic. Shara brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also helped me to design and stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Shara and her marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! If you are trying to buy or sell your home I would highly recommend Shara to help you through the process. Her dedication and experience is what sold me to chose her as my realtor. Buying and Selling a home can be very overwhelming and stressful and unexpected things can happen which it did in our case however, if it weren’t for Shara’s expertise we may have lost the home of our dreams! We used Shara to sell our home in Temecula. The experience was fantastic. While I will provide details shortly, the ultimate measure of any review is simple: would you use the service again? Unequivocally yes. Without hesitation. And please contact me directly if you would like a live discussion, as I would happily talk to help provide more color.

On the listing side, Shara did a lot of pre-work to help us decide on a pricing strategy. Her understanding of the local market was deep. She had clear opinions on a pricing strategy designed to capture the segment of potential buyers most likely to give us a strong offer. She met with us in a decisive meeting where she explained potential options, and it was clear that she had a superior understanding of not just showing homes but in the whole strategy around finding buyers. She was easily a step above other real estate agents we had worked with in the area.

Ahead of actual listing, she worked with us to first stage the property and then to get the photos and virtual tour. She was meticulous in her planning with us, and the attention to detail in the staging was impressive. Frankly, her effort here outpaced her competition in virtually every home we visited when we were trying to buy.

She marketed the home as a Coming Soon, allowing her to judge early interest. She secured multiple potential buyers, and we had multiple offers the night before we were to officially list. She guided us through the offers, and we accepted an offer above asking on the first day of pre-shows.

At that point, she managed the process impeccably. She stayed in constant contact with the buyers' agent to help make sure their home sold, because we had our purchase dependent on that. She was so proactive in communicating that we didn't send a single note to ask for something that had not already been done. This level of attention to detail is really quite different from what we had experienced with other SoCal agents.

On the buying side, we purchased a home in La Jolla, which is not her home market. She drove an hour each way to get us into homes. She did a ton of research so we could understand comparables. She helped us navigate potential neighborhoods. She lined up visits and took care of the engagement with the listing agents. She provided thoughts and input, research and ideas.

When it came time to offer, she guided us on an offer strategy. She was thorough and researched. Our offer was accepted clean (no changes at all), and we were in contract in a single day. She was clever about where we needed to make concessions to win the house in a hot market. And when the deal went through, she managed it all as she did on the selling side.

Shara's service was so over-the-top good that we ultimately decided on our own to pay her more to make sure she was compensated for the value she gave us. The experience was really that positive. We would absolutely look to her again for both the selling and buying side.

I wish there was a 6 star option, because Shara was more than perfect. She was personable, accessible and more than anything, genuine. We got to know each other on a personal level and she was so kind and respectful. Only once did I think she was trying to sell me on something, or just close a deal and that is when she told me that there are no bad neighborhoods in Temecula, south of Rancho California. That was no pitch because she was right, this is a beautiful city! I would recommend her to anyone and think she is a fantastic agent, person and friend.
