I worked with Sharday to sell and buy a house. She is the epitome of a professional! She is also someone who really cares about making sure her client is well-educated, beyond satisfied, and confident in their purchase and or sale. She even went the extra mile.t9 go and view houses (to take video) because she knew I was super busy with work and raising a toddler. Shraday is highly capable and knowledgeable! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor who is reliable, a go-getter, and a great listener!

Sharday is truly the smartest most intentional real estate agent I've met. I'm an extremely detail-oriented person and I have also had my share of purchasing real estate. I truly have never worked with an agent who understood real estate as deeply as Sharday does while also knowing how to explain the process/ answer all of my many questions in a way that I could easily understand. Sharday also is unique in that she is also a real estate investor and therefore understands how to run numbers and make sure her clients make intelligent investment-worthy purchases whether it's their forever home or investment property.
I'm so grateful to have met Sharday and would truly recommend her to anyone! She is someone you want to have on your side of the closing table!

Sharday Moser, was nothing short of amazing. We’re from California and at the time unfamiliar with the Georgia housing market. Sharday Moser was knowledgeable, professional and patient. She listened to my family and customized searches that maximized each opportunity we had to meet with her. Once we chose our forever home and the perfect builder, she impressed us even more, we were told in the past new builders don’t negotiate new home prices. Sharday not only was able to negotiate an excellent deal on the home but she also was able to negotiate several thousand in design center upgrades. Sharday Moser didn’t stop with the house, she walked us through shopping around for financing, and attended the pre-construction meeting with us and the builder. Sharday also made time to attend all of our inspections and made recommendations. Sharday Moser made this an amazing experience for my wife and I. I would recommend, her for anyone seeking a professional home buying expert who’s going to put you and your family first.
