The first time I met Sharee, was in my search to purchase land, in Baltimore, to build a shopping container home, YES. Looking back, it's laughable. However, Sharee did not laugh, she explained in a non-condecending manner, how that might not be achievable, but she tried to assist me in finding land nonetheless. COVID-19 came and I abandoned my search. Fast-forward to 2021 when I decided it's best to just buy a house. I stared looking, and realtors would contact me, but I always remembered just how patient Sharee was with me. So I emailed her and without missing a beat, she got in touch with me and things started moving fast. Now my job as a flight attendant limits the time I have to go house viewing. However, Sharee, being the incredible agent she is, would drive to these houses herself, video call me while in the neighborhood so I can see the area, then give me a tour of the house over video call. I cannot explain just how she goes above and beyond, late nights or early mornings, whatever my availability is, she tries her best to accommodate me. The house I am closing on was a house I viewed over video. She did a contract that very night to make an offer, as the market is going do fast. She even assisted in having my lender strengthen my pre-approval letter, to make my offer more competitive. I cannot fully express just how amazing Sharee is and m I was a complete stranger to her. If you are reading this, give Sharee a call, you will not be disappointed.

We were 1st time home buyers in Baltimore and had no knowledge of the real estate market there. Sharee's knowledge of the Baltimore market was impressive which made her recommendations invaluable. Sharee is a real professional and was there for us whenever we needed and was very responsive to our calls, texts or emails. We would absolutely recommend Sharee to anyone
