Shareese is the type of Realtor that takes her time with you to make sure your needs are met. Shareese has been there every step of the way throughout the past several months. Any call or email to her was always answered, regardless of the time. She is respected and appreciated for her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, and honesty. I never felt that she was just trying to sell our house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.

There were so many details to be handled, such as COVID, repairs, and eviction moratoriums. Plus doing this long distance.

After only being on the market for one day, our house was under contract! Additionally, it sold for more than the asking price!

We now consider Shareese a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home or looking to sell.

Thank you Shareese for never giving up on our challenging situation. You went above and beyond !!
