Licensed since 1993, I am accustomed to working in many different market conditions. I have seen the best of markets, where homes sell in multiple offer situations at or above asking price. And I have seen difficult markets, where there are foreclosure and short sales throughout, making financing and appraisals very difficult. Through my experience and knowledge, I am able to partner with individuals and lenders in getting these types of homes closed!
I attained the New Home Specialist designation in 2002. I worked as a site team coordinator or site member in various new construction developments from 1999-2009 until the downturn of the housing market.
I enjoy the diversity of selling not only new construction but also resale homes in the Summit, Stark, Portage, Columbiana and Mahoning Counties. I love working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through the process of owning their first home! Additionally, I'm a recipient of the Association of Realtor's Award of Achievement, which is awarded to Realtors demonstrating exceptional performance in real estate sales. My philosophy is that I treat every client the same, whether they are purchasing or selling a $50,000 or a $500,000 home.
