I just want to say that Shari Lawrence was exceptional. She was always prompt when making sure things needed to be done. She was great at communicating to us every step of the way. She was accurate, truthful and straight forward. She cares and wants what is good for both the buyer and the seller. She also has a wealth of knowledge and can answer any question in the business. Bought my house in 2004 and Shari was the realtor then.
Sold that house in 2021 again using Shari as my realtor.
She is the consummate professional. Always on time and planning future moves for buying and selling.
Could not ask for better help from a realtor.

Shari, Exceeded our expectations! Since my dad and I live out of state, we needed someone we could trust and handle our estate. Working with Shari Lawrence was an absolute GOD blessing. She was always available to answer questions from clueless , out-of state clients, guiding us step by step through the house hunting and paper work maze. She was quick to respond to any house we wanted to view (via face time with local family) to help us find a house in this crazy 2021 market. She was easy going and pleasant but a go-getter for her clients. I can't imagine going through this process without her.

We chose Shari Lawrence as our realtor after meeting her at an open house and it was one of the best choices we ever made. We sold our house and bought a new house at the same time, and she coordinated everything wonderfully. We had a contract on our home in 12 days! We also got multiple recommendations about a good handy man, title company, and lender, and all were top notch. She was available for every aspect of the sale and purchase from inspections to closings. Shari was professional and hardworking, while being a calming element for us during a busy process. She knows the area, she has a network of great people, is a great realtor, and a nice person. We highly recommend!
