It was a great pleasure purchasing a house through Shari. She was listing a house we were very interested in. When the arrangement to see the house with a Buyer’s agent fell through, we reached out to her directly. We were so comfortable with her that we proceeded to engage her to be our Buyer’s agent in the transaction, as well as the Seller’s agent.
In principal, I think it’s always best to have both parties represented by their own agents, to it says a lot about Shari’s honesty, transparency and professionalism that we chose to have her double-end the transaction.
She was highly professional throughout. We had numerous questions about the property (well speed, water quality, pest control, HVAC, plot mat, etc., etc.). She and her assistant managed to answer them all. She also gave us useful referrals.
Most notably, when the escrow of the house we were concurrently selling slipped, Shari kept communications smooth between us and the Seller. We love our new home and are very grateful to Shari for handling the transaction for us.
