Working with Shari Silva buying a home was a very positive experience. She holds herself to high ethical standards, which let us know we could trust her always to act in our best interests. She showed us many houses so that we all could all learn what sort of home would suit us. During the current sellers-market, Shari helped us keep our perspective through the difficult process of bids, counter-bids, and inspections. When we expressed doubts or fears about a next step, she heard us but was also willing to firmly share another point of view, based on her experience as a realtor, and because of this we now have our wonderful new home. Shari was very clear about the steps needed to sell my house. It took longer than I anticipated to get it ready, yard work inspections and staging but all well worth it. Shari was easy to work with, did most of the leg work dealing with and contacting inspectors and workmen. My house was a bit of a special case one room having been damaged by a tree fall. I decided to clean up the property and the house made secure and safe and try selling as is rather than repairing. Shari was great about helping me navigate all of the details, and also a sounding board as it was a bit emotional having lived there for 18 years. I ended up receiving a very good price for my house - well over asking which completely surprised me. I can only think that it had to do with Shari’s vision to make the property look great and staging the house and studio to look cute and country chic.

Shari invested time and resources to get my home ready to sell by setting up all the inspections, needed maintenance, cleaning and professional staging. My home shined and we had an offer on the second day of listing. We ended up with multiple offers and sold the home for well over the listing price.
