My wife Kristen and I highly recommend the stellar services and customer care that Mrs. Shari Underwood has provided before, during and after the sale of our Pasadena Home. Having live in one house for almost 30 years, we were completely unaware of all that goes into preparing a home for sale, showing a home and finally deciding between the multiple offers we received for the sale of our house. Shari was with us 100% along the way. Shari helped us purchase our first home in 2019. It was the first house we put an offer on. She made the process seamless. Recently, we contacted her about last minute interest in a house. She was quick to respond and able to get us a viewing within 48 hours. It ended up not working with that house, but not because of Shari (other offer already accepted).
