Sharla was fantastic. We originally started looking for a house & then had to pause due to unforeseen life circumstances. Sharla was not only happy to wait, but also continued to check on us through it all. When we finally were ready & we found our home she made sure everything was done just right and we got the most for our money. Our whole family has had the pleasure of working with Sharla since 2020 and we’re so lucky to now have her as a part of our family. We’ll never go to anyone else with not only our realty needs, but also all home care.

Sharla helped my husband and I get into our first home a year ago. She was patient while we made up our mind. She was so understanding of our situation. She gave advice with grace and was respectful of whatever our decision was, in-line with her advice or not. She fought for us and we got the home we wanted, at the price we wanted. Couldn’t have been happier. Then a few months ago my husband got a new job out of state. She once again was amazing! Under contract within 48 hours with multiple offers. Mrs. Tate was very professional and helpful. She quickly replied to our emails, text or phone calls. We had a difficult time towards the end with the buyer.
