Sharla is one of those MUST USE HER kind of people. She was absolutely invaluable to me as a first time home seller. Not an exaggeration to say she held my hand all the way through. She is quick to respond to questions, and never left me hanging or wondering. It was obvious she was on my side when dealing with buyers and their realtors. PLEASE give her a call if you’re thinking of buying or selling…you’ll be glad you did!!!

Sharla was fantastic. We originally started looking for a house & then had to pause due to unforeseen life circumstances. Sharla was not only happy to wait, but also continued to check on us through it all. When we finally were ready & we found our home she made sure everything was done just right and we got the most for our money. Sharla helped my husband and I get into our first home a year ago. She was patient while we made up our mind. She was so understanding of our situation. She gave advice with grace and was respectful of whatever our decision was, in-line with her advice or not. She fought for us and we got the home we wanted, at the price we wanted. Couldn’t have been happier. Then a few months ago my husband got a new job out of state. She once again was amazing! Under contract within 48 hours with multiple offers. Mrs. Tate was very professional and helpful. She quickly replied to our emails, text or phone calls. We had a difficult time towards the end with the buyer.
