As a first time home buyer, as expected, the process was long and confusing at times. However, Sharlene went above and beyond to keep us in the loop every step of the way. She was readily available to answer any and every question and give explanations. My husband and I jumped into this home buying journey with very little knowledge about the process. With great thanks to Sharlene, we've gained so much insight. Any question we threw at her, she was able to give us answers; a boomerang effect. She was there EVERY step of the way. The process gradually became less stressful and more clear, because she stayed involved, kept us in the loop, checked in on us, made sure we were on task, educated us, clear and reliable communication, always available by phone, text or email, and never made us feel like we had any irrelevant questions or concerns (though they might have been lol). Thank you Sharlene for your professionalism and bubbly personality. Highly recommended!!!!

When speaking with Sharlene, she took time out of her day to explain in detail and in a language I can understand about becoming a first time homebuyer. She answered all of my questions.
