We just closed the sale of a property in Chula Vista. Sharmane was the listing agent, and I represented the buyer. It was a real pleasure to work with her. She’s the perfect combination of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness! Last month was a very busy month for my wife and I. We found a beautiful home and decided to sell our townhome at the same time. Since we met Sharmane a few months earlier, we did not hesitate to call her. Her professionalism is noteworthy, and we knew she was the right person for the job. Our expectations were greatly exceeded. She walked us through the entire process and made it seem effortless. Moreover, she referred us to all the people we needed (with choices to choose from) to complete the process of home buying. Although the last 30 days was full of challenges, Sharmane quickly made us feel comfortable. This week we finalized both acquisitions, and we quickly realized it felt like we lost a family member. Sharmane really took charge from day one. She was very professional throughout the transaction from the initial walk through to the close of escrow. The property had a few unique issues/history that needed to have some research done and then explained to potential buyers, I felt Sharmane handled that excellent.
