We had been seeking a new home with some very tricky requirements like at least 5 bdrms and an affordable price in a very restricted geographic zone. Sharmane explained how it was a task similar to trying to catch a unicorn, but that this type of unicorn did exist, it would just take patience and diligence. She was right! We now own a lovely house that fits our needs amazingly well.

On the flip side, after buying the new house, we needed to sell our old home. Sharmane was a tireless ringmaster providing all the guidance and control needed to manage the three ring circus that selling a home has become. She was instantly available and responded to our questions and concerns on a nearly 24-hour basis, even while on vacation.

She was very patience with us as well as friendly and made us feel like one big family. Our grandkids attended the closing for the sale of our home and when they saw her, they ran to her for a hug.

I could not have been more pleased with her professional service.

I've dealt with about 5-6 realtors, and out of all of them, Sharmane was the best. She was there to answer all of my questions, calm me down when I was in a panic, and just be there by my side.

I am relocating to Tampa, and Sharmane was even helping me with picking the right area for my family and me.

We were originally going to put the house up for sale in December, and Sharmane sat me down and said, "Trust me. Let's do it in January." I trusted her, and I am so glad that I did.

Originally, there was an investor who wanted to buy the house. I was hesitant because I preferred to have someone actually live in the house. Sharmane handled that as a pro, and that is when I realized even more how amazing she was. She came up with some great requirements, and they back out. However, I got one of the highest offers in my neighborhood, two months rent-free, AND they will live in the home. It was all due to Sharmane.

Honestly, I wish she could be my realtor everywhere. But, if she ever moves to Florida, Sharmane knows that I will be the first one asking for her to be my realtor.

If you want to have a streamlined house selling process with someone by your side, Sharmane is who you want as your realtor.

I worked with many good realtors buyer and selling many properties in the last 40 years. Upon first meeting Sharmane, I knew we would work well together.
Me being new to the DC area and Sharmane working as my realtor in buying a condo in DC, she was available to either answer my questions or research any questions I had and have a response back to me very quickly. Sharmane brought to my attention several issues that I hadn't thought about but would impact my decision on the area that would best fit my needs. I was buying this condo while I was not able to physically visit it and Sharmane was completely honest about all the details of the condo, the condo building and the area of DC I was looking in. Sharmane coordinated all the closing arrangements and we closed within a month. I could not have been any smoother. I really appreciate all her work in making my transaction so seamless. I would completely recommend Sharmane to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the DC, VA, MD area.

Sharmane did an incredible job during the negotiation and closing of our condo. Our tenant wanted to buy when the lease was up. Although it may sound like a straight forward process, Sharmane jumped in right away to ensure all was taken care of without any hassle. She even was able to get the closing done sooner when the buyer threw us a curve ball by changing the closing date without notifying us. Shar was my realtor when I bought my first home (multi-level condo in Fairfax, VA). She had already sold a couple of my friends townhouses in the area, and is a good friend of mine, so I knew I could trust her. From the get-go, she took the initiative to send me active listings based on my requirements and follow-up with recommendations. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions; she was patient and walked me through the process. Based on her experience, she recommended a mortgage loan officer and inspection company that worked out great. When I found the house I wanted she arranged so I could see it the day it went on the market. I decided to put in an offer that day. The market was hot and there were several offers. She was very responsive through the offer paperwork, negotiation, and more... and it was Memorial Weekend. I got the place and it was a smooth transition. I have recommended her to other friends and would use her again.
