Sharon was absolutely wonderful to work with! She took care of everything we needed to sell our house, from find and scheduling contractors for us, to staging the house, and working through offers and counteroffers! She was a wonder! Sharon was amazing, she spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes in the area sold, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing lots of information on comps in the area. Sharon made the process incredibly easy and went above and beyond expectations, for example, having professional photographs taken and making the property look like it was a model home.

When she showed us our property listing, we were totally amazed. It was clear, she is not only a consummate professional, but also a master at her craft. Our property had multiple offers and went under contract in just a few days. Her hard work and knowledge truly paid off for us. Sharon is truly a pleasure to work with and we could not have been happier. She differently gets my highest of recommendations.

Sharon Baker is the most extraordinary real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to meet or work with, as well as a truly lovely person. She is more like a fairy godmother (who also happens to be a retired Colonel!) and she gets everything done right, fast, and easy for the homeowner or buyer. I have now used Sharon Baker for both buying and selling my house. She falls nothing short of amazing in every aspect of business from her professional attitude to always making me feel like I was her only client. I was relocated to the area for work and closed completely remotely from the other side of the country. Sharon was more than my realtor as she was my eyes and ears throughout the entire process. She represented me in every way as if I was right there. I have recommended multiple friends to her and will continue to do so because she is simply the best in the business. On the selling side she continued to provide client care that is above and beyond what is normal by today's standards. She even dog sat during a home inspection because I was at work. I mean who does that right? To put it simply, Sharon Baker has set the standards by which I judge all realtors now and I fear none will ever compare.

The house did not pan out went separate ways, however I end up calling her after the fact for help and we immediately picked up where we left off.
