First off, Sharon helped find a rental for us in 2016 and the process was quick and to the point. So, we decided to stick with her when it came time to purchase our first home and sell it. Ms. Sharon is amazing, not only does she care about you from a business standpoint she also invest in you personally. Sharon was highly recommended to me by a friend when I was seeking a property manager for my home rental at National Harbor, MD. Sharon far exceeded my expectations. She is a true professional with a personable demeanor. She served as my property for three years during, providing a full range of high quality services, from marketing, securing top rate renters, and keeping me abreast of any maintenance issues in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better representative.

We interviewed two other Real Estate Brokers as we were considering listing our home and purchasing a new property. Sharon Blackert was the last to interview, we had an instant connection! From the moment we met her, we were certain that she would be our Agent/Broker.

Sharon is the consummate professional; knowledgeable, polite, caring, tenacious and super-efficient. She is a great listener, and was considerate of our specific needs and tastes. In regards to the sale, she made suggestions on repairs and staging to help us get the most bang for the buck. She anticipated hurdles so we could quickly come to resolution to keep the process moving. She kept us apprised of all updates concerning the sale and our purchase. Sharon’s calm demeanor really inspired confidence during the process when we were experiencing issues coming to settlement with our purchaser. She talked us off the ledge and did what was necessary to ensure the deal didn’t fall through!

Sharon was such a pleasure to work with! Her subject matter expertise and knowledge is unmatched. She was able to find my husband and I exactly what we needed for the price we needed. As first time homebuyers there were a number of things we did not know, but Sharon remained patient, explained everything thoroughly, and guided us every step of the way. She knew what questions to ask the sellers and the lenders, and was the perfect advocate. I could not event imagine how this process would be without Sharon on our team.
