About Sharon

A Tennessee Native, Sharon attended the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Business, majoring in accounting. During her 20+ years in corporate America, her various roles included accounting management, controller, corporate mergers/acquisitions, project/team management, sales consulting and sales training management for both US teams and Europe/Latin America. Some of the companies she worked for/with are various GM franchisees, Divisions of United Technologies, IMG (Arnold Palmer’s management company), and Oracle Corporation, LG, 3M, and Direct TV. She has lived in Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Dallas and traveled “too much” she says in many of the aforementioned roles.

All those years of project/business management, sales, and a dedication to superior customer service are key to Sharon's success in the world of real estate. As a home stager and owner of Southern Staging (in Dallas & Nashville) for many years as well as a real estate investor, she brings insight, experience, along with imagination to better help her buyers and sellers. Staging all her listings for free ensures listings look their best and sell fast! What a concept! Being knowledgeable of property values, renovation options, resale options, an eye for design and a rolodex full of skilled contractors give her buyers comfort in knowing they are investing in a great new home!

Sharon is passionate about serving her church and community. An active participant in Habitat for Humanity, Feed America First’s “Share the Feast,” Co-Chair of Bethlehem United Methodist Church’s 35th Annual Fish Fry, Room in the Inn, Bethlehem Players Drama Team, River of Life, various youth teams and community outreach groups. She says, “It makes God smile.” Sharon and her family moved back to Middle Tennessee in 2004. She lives in the Franklin area with her husband Steve, son Ian, daughter Emma, and Coco the Jack Russell Terror.
