Sharon Callahan

Sharon is the manager at the Westminster Office Of Homesale Realty. She has been a Realtor since 1984 and maintains dual licenses for both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Prior to real estate, she owned and operated a Garden Center, which she built from the ground up. Having managed every aspect of the business, she gained so much experience in customer service, marketing, communication, and community service. All of these skills are things that she brought to her work as an agent.

She decided to get into real estate because she wanted to transfer her business sense to helping people buy and sell homes. A home is such an important part of one's life, and she knew that she could be a trusted advisor, help others realize their dreams, and achieve their real estate goals. After much success, she was given the great opportunity to be a leader and teach other agents how to excel in real estate and provide top-notch customer service.

Her focus with agents is coaching, coaching, coaching. She truly believes there is always room for improvement, and with such a dynamic industry, something is constantly changing. Marketing in today’s technological world is very important to their success, so she makes sure they are aware of all of the company’s tools and know how to utilize them. However, it is imperative that they combine this knowledge of technology with “real” communication and bring a personal, intimate level of professionalism to their work with clients.

She loves her agents. They know she has the experience needed to help them in every situation, and they trust that she will be there to help them through anything. She prides herself on being available when they need it and maintaining open lines of communication at all times.
