Sharon was very patient! My house had a long term tenant and was in need of a lot of TLC. She assisted by encouraging my efforts and giving honest feedback throughout the process. The marketing was excellent and I got an acceptable offer within 24 hours. She was even able to offer property management services should the sale have been impossible. She kept me well informed of the closing process and ensured payment was made to me in a timely manner! She was both professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

I’m a homebuilder and I’ve sold several homes and dealt with several realtors , and this was hands down the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had selling a home . The entire experience with Sharon was ELITE !!!! From the communication to lining up contractors, negotiating closing contracts, she didn’t miss a beat . And she sold my home for well over asking price on the first day of listing !!!! To add to the experience, she did all of this while I was 7 hours away in another state , as this was a rental property that I owned and put on the market .
