Sharon England of Long Realty was absolutely fantastic! I had inherited some land that a long line if strange deeds. It seemed almost impossible to make the sale happen. But Sharon came through. Great at communicating and keeping me updated.
She has the perfect personality for being a realtor. We were out of state and still the sale of the property went smoothly.

Her experience and help getting things done concerning selling our mother’s home was awesome and we will never forget her kindness. Don't hesitate to call Sharon England. She's top notch! Sharon listed a lot for sale for my mom and I that my dad had purchased over 30 years ago, that neither one of us had ever seen. Since we were unfamiliar with the Yuma market, before listing she did her due dilligence and showed us comps that had sold and recommended a price that was practical in comparison to sold data. Sharon was pleasant, very professional, detail oriented and always kept us updated throughout the process. I would call Sharon again in the future and recommend her to anyone selling in the Yuma area!

There are not enough superlatives in the English language for me to describe Sharon England, Realtor. I was bowled over by the news of my wife being diagnosed with Dementia and her family insisting she return to her birthplace so they could help with her care. I contacted Sharon to list the property. After we had come to an agreement to its estimated value the area was hit by high winds from a hurricane and I was advised that my wife and her family were desperately needing my assistance. I notified the contractors that Sharon was my contact and could act in my stead. She took it in stride. She informed me of recommended changes which when enacted continued to attract showings. Once we got an offer and other agents wanted to show the place, she handled it. The inspection time arrived and an inspector discovered items that needed to be addressed. Sharon again as my contact advised me and handled it. She was always upbeat and very professional. As my representative in this sale, she took on more than I could expect and did an outstanding job.
Did I get what we agreed upon as my desired price? No but my desired price was very optimistic. Did I make tons of money on the sale? No, nor should I have. Sharon, from our first handshake on was optimistic yet realistic and kept me from throwing up my hands and quitting with her timely next step instructions. If I were to list the things she has helped me to overcome during this process, this review would seem fake.

I whole heartedly recommend Sharon England as a Realtor if you have a home to sell.

From day one Sharon has been very helpful She has explained things to us every step along the way spoke on almost a daily basis and was actually concerned for our welfare The situation we were in and my husband's health. She is a great actually the only insurance agent that I've ever heard of that cared that much to fandangle things for me work with the buyer and work with us to make sure that we got everything we need and we understood what was going on I give her five stars Way to go Sharon

Sharon was a delight to work with! She was very knowledgable about the area (our father passed away and we were selling his winter home) and walked us through every step of the process. She set up landscapers and other contractors, so we didn't have to. Sharon is trustworthy and so compassionate and made a difficult time less stressful. Sharon really went up and above to help our son find a home in Yuma, while he was out of state preparing for his new job. She was very knowledgable of the area and helped him find the house he was looking for. She spent a lot of time with both of us on virtual tours and was very observant in pointing out items, both positve and negative, so that he could make an informed decision.
