Sharon Henady

A real estate professional since 1994, Sharon brings over two decades of development acumen and real estate brokerage expertise to North Carolina. Prior to founding AVLWise in 2015, Sharon was no stranger to real estate operations. She has owned and operated the full service Indiana real estate company, Evolution Development Group, since 2006 - a company that remains in operation today. Her career experience with locally and nationally recognized commercial and residential developers provides Sharon with a uniquely thorough background in both commercial and residential real estate disciplines. Her extensive development and municipal experience offers value-added services to clients who require land use and zoning assistance, modifications for adaptive reuse, or in-depth feasibility analysis. Sharon is a seasoned project manager, having coordinated approvals and development activities for hundreds of projects throughout her career, both as a corporate principal and third party representative. Sharon is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana and North Carolina, a REALTOR member of the Land of the Sky Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. She is a CCIM candidate, carries the ABR and GRI designations from the National Association of Realtors, and is a certified Pricing Strategy Analyst.
