Sharon Hess Herrick

Sharon Hess Herrick is a native Pensacolian with over 32 years in the Gulf Coast real estate market. After an extensive career in commercial banking with leading banks as well as years as a commercial mortgage broker, Hess Realty Group, LLC was established 1994.. As a realtor she puts this expertise to work for her clients in every deal that she facilitates. Sharon will take on leads of all sizes, prices, and complexities both residential and commercial to include family estate property liquidation. Sharon and her husband own and operate Sun Farm Energy (Est. 2011), a commercial and residential installer of solar as well as EV products. In 2000, they opened, Coastal ICF (insulated concrete form construction) both licensed in FL and AL. Sharon is a graduate of Tulane University School of Business BSM and UWF MBA and LEAP Alumni Class 1984. Sharon serves on the PSC Board of Governors and annual Golf Tournament Chair, Past President and Treasurer of the Pensacola Children’s Chorus, served as UWF Board of Trustees for 9 years. Currently Sharon serves on the UWF College of Business Advisory Board and is a current member of Fiesta of Pensacola historic celebration events, Pensacola Yacht Club, Merry Makers and Pierrettes Krewe. She has called East Hill home for over 45 years. Sharon knows this market and she knows real estate inside and out.
