Highly likely to recommend 06/01/2015 - Melissaabacker Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Newark, DE. We went through several realtors before we found Sharon, and we are so glad we did. Sharon made our first home buying experience wonderful. She made the house search personal to our preferences, offered advice and allowed us to explore on this journey. We truly felt she cared and knew she was only going to be happy if we were truly happy from the house to price to the process. She is truly a remarkable women who's professionalism is unlike any realtor we ever worked with. Highly likely to recommend 08/10/2016 - mmosher5 Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $425K in Exton, PA. Sharon helped my husband and I both buy our new home and sell our old. I wish I could give her more stars. Sharon is extremely professional and quick to respond- day or night. She brought in a professional photographer and stager to help sell our house. It worked- she sold it in 10 hours! When we ran into issues with the realtor representing the seller of our dream home, she stepped up and took charge. Knowing how stressful the process is (on top of having a newborn) she was always one step ahead on everything and put us at ease. It's rare to find a realtor who is not only good at what they do, but have such a down to earth demeanor. We feel like we've known her forever. I can't recommend Sharon enough. Contact her.
