Moving can produce a lot of anxiety. Picking a realtor who knows her business inside and out is crucial. I had the luck to know such a realtor and I am truly grateful. It was the most professional and complete experience I have ever had. From beginning to end we were informed and supported. We chose REMAX from a Google search, made a cold call from out of state, and asked for a realtor to help us prepare to put our home in Jacksonville on the market. We are truly blessed that we were referred to Sharon and her team.

My family and I are very appreciative of Mrs. Lopezramirez efforts in helping us discover our dream home! We were stated in another state and could not travel to NC due to COVID-19. Mrs. Lopezramirez found us a home that she stated we would love and in a matter of hours. Within 24 hours she sent us photos and videos of the home and stated to us that we needed to move quickly if we wanted it due to homes in the area selling rather quickly (the home we originally wanted was pending an offer after only being posted for 3 hours). In a matter of two days she successfully provided us with a contact of a lender that provided great rates and quick turnarounds on approval/non approval. This lead to us being able to submit an offer rather quickly. After the offer was submitted and accepted, Mrs. Lopezramirez displayed here true dedication to here duty and clients by handling all our inspections and calling us with real time updates. Mrs. Lopezramirez continued to work for us and look out for our best interest all the way up to the closing date, which she ensured that we got the keys to the home on the scheduled date. I highly recommend Mrs. Lopezramirez to anyone whom is looking for a home and needs someone who is professional, outgoing and dedicated. I will definitely be contacting her again in the future if my family, friends, or I ever need help again!

Mrs. Lopezramirez made my home buying experience simple and easy. While I was overseas, I was able to connect with my new home through the insight provided by Mrs. Lopezramirez. She was my eyes and ears during the entire process. She dedicated time to traveling from Jacksonville to New Bern on various occasions in order to provide updated pictures, videos, and the general status during the building process.

I also truly appreciate the fact that she was extremely thorough during the inspection, due diligence, and walk through processes, as she identified errors and issues upfront. Her involvement and expertise saved me loads of future spending.

One of the most insightful and useful advise that Mrs. Lopezramirez provided was to go through National Home Finance for my mortgage. They made the qualification process much easier than other bigger banks. Glad to have Mrs. Lopezramirez as my realtor!!!

A mutual friend introduced us to Sharon Lopez Ramirez. She was very knowledgeable of the area and here experience as an active duty Marine made talking to her so easy. She was incredibly patient with us, knowing we were not in a rush to buy; she took every weekend for 4 months searching homes that fit our preferences. She became part of the family. When COVID 19 hit, it made searching for a home even more difficult. Sharon produced handmade masks for us to be able to review homes. She provided “trustworthy” inspectors to ensure the home we purchased was up to code. I feel sorry for people with those horror stories about realtors. If you are looking for someone who cares, that will not rush you into a purchase. Go with Sharon. We owe her so much.
