Sharon Machon

Hi, I’m Sharon! I’ve lived in San Diego for almost 20 years, and helping people find their place here is something I’m truly passionate about. I’ve held my real estate license for over 17 years, and after a long career as a Vice President in corporate America, I’m now proudly serving clients full time. My background gave me strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills tools I now use every day to get my clients the best possible results.

Family and community mean the world to me. I’ve been married to my husband for 25 years, and together we’ve raised three amazing kids twin boys (31) and a daughter (24). Our two dogs, Ross and Rachael, keep us active with daily walks and lots of laughs.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll often find me on the pickleball court, trying out new restaurants as a foodie, or enjoying time with my family and friends. I believe real estate should feel personal, and I treat every client like part of my extended family.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple: to listen, advocate, and guide you—so whether you’re buying or selling, you know you have someone in your corner who genuinely cares.
