I used Sharon for the first time for the sale of my then home and a purchase of a townhome in 2016. Based on those experiences, I knew there was no one else I would trust when it came time to sell the townhome. On a 100+ degree day we had an open house scheduled- Wally called and suggested cancelling since people don't like to go out in the heat. “I can't say enough good things about Sharon Sawka. My husband and I are a young couple, just married and were first time home-buyers. We knew nothing about purchasing a home and really depended on Sharon through the whole process. When I first started looking at homes, I wasn't even sure if we  were ready to buy yet, and from from speaking with many realtors I felt very pressured by them, whereas Sharon made me feel very comfortable and I never once felt pressure from her to rush into something. I really appreciated this since normally I would be doing this process with my own mother, who passed away 2 years ago. I could tell that she really cared about the home we ended up in, she was never out to just get a sale from us. There were even times when she probably could have convinced me to buy a house that I really shouldn't have, but instead she encouraged me to wait until the perfect home and not to settle. I thank her for that now!!! We just purchased our dream home and couldn't be happier. The sellers were very difficult and made the process complicated, but she was there every step of the way for guidance and support.
