I used Sharon for the first time for the sale of my then home and a purchase of a townhome in 2016. Based on those experiences, I knew there was no one else I would trust when it came time to sell the townhome. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about the state of the local real estate market, Sharon takes the time to understand what you are hoping to achieve in the sale of your home and what you are looking for in your next home. She never showed me a home that would not meet my needs just for the sake of showing me a home. She set my expectations so that I would not be disappointed. On a 100+ degree day we had an open house scheduled- Wally called and suggested cancelling since people don't like to go out in the heat. I worked with Sharon and Wally to buy a condo. They made the process as easy as could be. Although I did a personal visit, this was after a facetime walk thru of the unit, which was nice. This was within 24 hours of initial contact. After that, it was all virtual and electronic, and since I am out of state, that was extremely helpful for me. Both are extremely pleasant people.
Communication was excellent, and very timely. In today's market that is critical.

When we first interviewed Sharon to sell our home we were impressed with her professionalism and good communication skills. She gave straightforward answers to our questions and did not rush us or pressure us in any way to list with her.
Sharon was responsive : whenever we reached out she was quick to get back to us. We felt the teamwork was excellent. She was always pleasant and respectful. “I can't say enough good things about Sharon Sawka. My husband and I are a young couple, just married and were first time home-buyers. We knew nothing about purchasing a home and really depended on Sharon through the whole process. When I first started looking at homes, I wasn't even sure if we  were ready to buy yet, and from from speaking with many realtors I felt very pressured by them, whereas Sharon made me feel very comfortable and I never once felt pressure from her to rush into something. She looked with us for 3 months, only for us to decide we wanted to wait a little bit longer to purchase, and again she was completely understanding and told us to give her a call when we were ready.
