We listed our home during a difficult time in the marketplace, but Sharon got the job done and in our budget guidelines. Everything doesn’t always go as planned and there was a bit of an issue after the close with our air conditioner. She worked to help us long after our sale closed. She is very caring and passionate. Sharon Snow and the COLLADO real estate team were great to work with throughout our successful home purchase. Sharon remained our steady force despite considerable challenges of finding us our “just right home”, navigating several sellers and listing realtors with their own hidden agendas, and our unfortunate selection of our first lender that couldn’t. We made two firm offers as we moved through our search but the sellers and/or listing agents derailed the purchases. Then, Sharon learned of a rare find that required immediate action to beat the market. As soon as we saw the home, we knew it was the right one for us, so we made our best offer and started the wheels turning. As I said earlier, we had lender problems. Our lender could not make the loan because their underwriter had issue with the boat docks at the complex. This left us very late into the contract period without a lender. Sharon recommended a reputable lender that she knew could work the problem. The lender was not only able to get past the boat docks issue, but qualified us quickly, expedited the appraisal, and completed the loan to support us closing a day early. A remarkable feat! We love our new home and know it would not have happened without Sharon’s hands-on support. We highly recommend Sharon for all your real estate needs.

Sharon found the perfect home for me in Daytona Beach. I visited the area twice and looked at about 10 homes with her. She knew exactly what I was looking for after seeing about two homes. We found the home and worked from Pennsylvania to buy my gorgeous home. All through this process she went out of her way to help out with the sale from start to finish. In addition she helped me with finding someone to clean the pool, with internet and TV service, water and utilities, home security and home owners insurance.
