Sharon Spedden’s real estate career is rooted in family, community, and a lifelong connection to Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Raised in a real estate family, she began her career in 1988 at her father’s firm, Century 21 Spedden & Associates, where she learned that success is built on trust, persistence, and genuine care for clients.
In 2006, Sharon founded Sharon Real Estate, P.C., carrying forward her family’s legacy with a vision shaped by more than 30 years of experience and a strong background in marketing and finance from Old Dominion University. Known for her tenacity, problem-solving skills, and deep market knowledge, Sharon is a trusted expert across the Mid-Shore, from residential and waterfront properties to commercial transactions.
Today, she proudly works alongside her daughter, Sydney Cohee, continuing the Spedden family tradition into its third generation. When she’s not working, Sharon enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with her grandsons.
