Out of all the realtors I know, I strategically chose Aharon because I know she is warm, welcoming, and a perfectionist! She truly cares about you and her community through her dedication to philanthropy. Sharon was relentless in assisting me to prepare my home to sell. She has a professional photographer, has many professional relationships to network. I have lived in my home for over 17 years and she not only instructed me on what I needed to update and fix, she physically helped! She staged my home for a quick sale with an open house that weekend. I received multiple offers well above the asking price and was in contract within days. I know that I would have never received the price I got without her help and knowledge of the market.

I am a first time homeowner, thanks to Sharon. I was very pregnant when we started looking for a house, and we had to deal with one hiccup after another during the entire process. Through the whole thing Sharon was right there to help with anything and everything I needed. She went above and beyond fighting for me. Sharon was great to work with. Courteous, professional, and really knowledgeable. Whenever we needed to get a hold of Sharon for a question or concern, she was always available. She worked with the seller on the price and got us the price we were targeting. Sharon has many contacts in the home business and was also instrumental in recommending a great loan officer. Also, Sharon was able to provide a list of contractors that would help us repair a few things at the house. Overall, Sharon was a pleasure to work with. She's a rockstar.

I work with Sharon regularly performing home inspections for her and her clients. She is very responsive, coordinated and fully involved throughout the entire process, always looking out for her clients best interests. Even when the clients don't have many questions, she fills in those blanks with her own to ensure the home inspection reveals the information needed for the client to feel comfortable moving forward and making decisive strategic decisions. She works hand in hand with me communicating everything with the buyer both before and after the inspection and report, making sure nothing is left unaddressed. Sharon is a godsend!! I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about buying a home. she gave me so much information and took so much time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know before making an offer. she spent a lot of time answering all my questions and driving all over town to show me a lot of homes. (I'm indecisive so I had to look at a lot of homes.) You can tell she really cares about her clients. She was available day of night for me & on short notice. she helped me find my dream home & was honest with me about the housing market & lack of inventory. I really appreciate all her patience, informative information (she knows her stuff), and how great she was. she was always checking in with me & treating me more like a friend then a client. I purchased a new home under construction in early 2018, with Sharon Walas as my real estate agent. I was looking in a limited price range, and Sharon not only found a home I would never have found on my own, but a brand new one being built. Throughout construction, Sharon was there pushing the contractor to prioritize completion of my home. Even during the final walkthrough with the contractor, she found many defects and errors I missed (and had them all corrected in the 48 hours before my move). Since moving in, I've become friends with my next-door neighbor. He also had a real estate agent. However, when we "compared notes," his agent was largely absent throughout the process. My neighbor had to deal with the contractor directly and alone, and after moving in, he's now dealing with a number of errors and corrections that Sharon helped me catch before escrow closed. Sharon worked hard for many months, above and beyond, to help me get into my house. I am grateful that Sharon was my agent and because she was the Buyer's agent, her services were completely free to me.

We called Sharon on a Sunday at 10:00 a.m. as she had a listing that we were interested in viewing. Sharon informed us it was sold and offered to find us another home. She asked what part of Sacramento we were interested in and our price range. She ran a list of active homes and met us at the first home at 1:30 p.m. Because of low inventory and to many buyers, Sharon worked with us tirelessly for 6 weeks, showing multiple homes 4-5 times a week. 12 offers were submitted and finally an offer was accepted and we were able to move into our first home as a family.

Sharon impressed us with her professional attributes. She was always an enthusiast, efficient and effective realtor with a keen knowledge of the market. Her constant communication made us feel like her priority and she protected our interest at all times.

Not only did Sharon help us find our dream home, she introduced us to a lender as we needed help with a down payment. John C. explained various programs and he found the right program for us. If not for both Sharon and John, this transaction would not have been possible.

We consider Sharon family and look forward to her being part of our lives and watching our son grow up.

Exceptional Realtors can be difficult to find if you don't know the qualities to look for. Sharon fits the criteria of an exceptional Realtor due to her strong self-motivation, smart decision making and communication skills, high ethical standards and she truly cares about clients, both sellers and buyers.
The real estate market is time sensitive so you need a Realtor who will let you know quickly where you stand when selling your home. Sharon listed my home on Dec. 7th and informed me that December is the slowest month of the year when selling a home. I wanted to list high but Sharon presented a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which showed me where my home should be priced at and I agreed to her price.
Obtaining a buyer required ambition and focus on Sharon's part. She spent hours of her free time cleaning and packing up the home so it could be listed as soon as possible. She stage the almost empty home with just enough accessories to bring out the best qualities in the home. She hired a professional photographer and the pictures enhanced the home even more. We were in contract on Dec 18th and the home closed 30 days later, on January 18th.
I have referred Sharon to friends and there was a connection immediately due to her charming personality. Sharon was then referred to their friends and she found them the retirement home of their dreams. :)

We had the pleasure of meeting Sharon on a retirement home search in Lake of the Pines (LOP) in Auburn by our good friends Chuck & Jan. While we were only there for moral support, suddenly we found ourselves falling in love with a home that was on their search list. Fast forward 2 weeks and we were in escrow on our “pre-retirement” home in LOP. Since we got to know Sharon over the course of a 10 hour search mission, we felt comfortable having her represent us on what ended up being a much tougher negotiation that we had anticipated.
What we discovered throughout the process is that Sharon is not only an engaging and lovely person, but she’s a knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented, proactive professional who is on top of her game and inspired confidence throughout the home buying process.

If you think that home staging is not important than you are dead wrong!!! Sharon staged my home for me before I listed it on the market for sale August of 2016. When I was out of town for a few days that gave her the opportunity to work her magic. While I was still out of town, Sharon sent me several pictures of a beautifully decorated home. It was gorgeous and I asked her who's house this was. I was SHOCKED when she replied, "this is your home!! I couldn't believe my eyes!! The photos of the transformation were amazing!! I was in total awe!! When I got home from my trip a few days later my jaw dropped when I walked through the front door. Those pictures that Sharon had sent me no longer did my home justice!! My house sold in 6 days with an offer above the asking price. Sharon's Staging services are free! This is one of the many perks you get for having her as your listing agent! Sharon was referred to us by our mortgage broker to educate us on what to expect in the home-buying process as first-time homeowners. She made sure we didn't miss our window on making an important offer that landed us in our dream home. We learned quickly how important it is to use a realtor with new construction since their sales agent only has the builder’s interests in mind, and to register your realtor at the first appointment. Sharon was our advocate and was always available by phone and email to review documents and answer our many questions along the way.
