Sharon grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and graduated in 1988 from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After relocating to Charlotte, she spent the next several years working in marketing and advertising for The Marketing Consortium, CityFair and Lyerly Agency. She later moved to Asheville and took a position as marketing manager for Junior Achievement of Western North Carolina. In addition, Sharon spent four years managing the computer support and payroll training for Outback Steakhouse of the Carolinas while assisting with new store openings across the two states.
A transition into residential real estate seemed natural for Sharon when she joined HM Properties in 2012. She spent part of the past 20 years supervising various construction and remodeling projects ranging from straightforward kitchen remodels to a 6,000 square foot custom built home. Her reputation for having ambitious standards and meticulous attention to detail allowed her to achieve exceptional results for each project.
A talent for interior design affords Sharon the opportunity to offer an extra level of service to her clients. When preparing a home for market she enjoys lending a hand to best display its’ features. Having bought and sold numerous times over the years, Sharon is familiar with the challenges and equipped to meet them.
