Sharon is responsive, stays on top of each action to purchase a property and also pushes the buyer to respond quickly to get an action resolved, knows contacts needed for proceeding through the process, sends daily e-mails of properties of potential interest, timely for appointments, and her 28 years of real estate experience is evident as she works through the process with you. The only thing I didn't like was being pushed to decide on a property after seeing only 3 or 4 homes especially after making it clear a couple times that I did not want to be pushed.

I was very specific about what building I wanted to live in and she found and showed me all available units pointing out the very good features in each one and also made me aware of the faults in each unit. She helped me make a decision on which condominium that would be best and negotiated the best price!! I am in that condo now and am extremely happy!!! We first dealt with Sharron when we purchased our first home. At that time, Sharron worked on behalf of sellers. At this time around, we hired her services to sell our property. Most of us believe we can go through the process of dealing with real state without a realtor though, Sharron was diligent and responsive. She was skillful and helped us through the entire process. She was decisive during negotiations and made the entire process uncomplicated and to a great extent, less stressful. I would certainly recommend her services.
