Sharyn is amazing at what she does and communicated with us every step of the way. She connected us to a Loan Originator who secured a great rate for us and has many connections for appraisers, home inspectors, contractors etc. I appreciate Sharyn’s diligence and dedication to her clients. Start to finish, we were in our new home in less than 60 days. Sharyn is our Realtor for life and I highly recommend her!

Sharyn is the best!! She is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. Sharyn helped take the stress out of an inherently stressful situation.

Without her, selling during Covid would have been a nightmare. She employed the latest technology to offer videos and virtual visits to potential buyers. She covered all legalities, questions, and curiosities.

She's a phenomenal agent and amazing person. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for real estate buying or selling needs.

It was a pleasure working with Sharyn. She was very much the professional, from our first phone call when she scheduled an educational session for me as a first-time homebuyer, to how she kept me apprised of the full situation through the journey. She was amazing, providing a lot of advice on making our offers more attractive and also her knowledge of the neighborhoods we visited. She was right there with me through a very intense seller's market in the summer of 2021, and the result: a place I absolutely love. So yea, she's the agent for you, and that's a fact.

I don't regularly leave reviews, mostly because I don't have the time to bother to do so, but sometimes there are exceptions. I got my dream home and could not have done it without Sharyn and her team. Picking the right home can be a life decision, so who you decide to choose to represent your home search is extremely important. My criteria for a good realtor were someone who is a go-getter, aggressive, and very attentive. Sharyn and her team have defiantly met my criteria and then some. Always available when my wife and I found new listings and ready to reach out to the listing agent and schedule viewings, and if we liked what we saw, we had a well-written and competitive offer letter to stand us out from the rest. I would recommend Sharyn and her team for a realtor. When I ever do manage to scrap some more pennies together for an investment property, there is no question about it, I would have Sharyn represent me again.
