In 2010, Shaun Collyer moved from Hilton Head Island to enjoy a cooler climate and embark on a new business venture in Asheville, North Carolina. Shaun lived for twelve years in the beautiful, family-centric, community of Biltmore Park. Since 2023, Shaun has lived in the natural setting of Biltmore Lake where he currently resides with his fiancé, Ashley, his two boys, Jackson and Maxwell, and their charismatic cavapoo, Harry.
Born and raised in a small Indiana town, Shaun's upbringing instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and community. Growing up as the son of a barber, Shaun developed a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures of life and the importance of forging meaningful relationships with those around him. Shaun's ability to listen, connect with people, and understand their unique needs quickly set him apart in the real estate industry.
Shaun has been a Realtor, focusing on luxury real estate, since 2020. Since starting his real estate career, Shaun has closed over $85 million in total volume and earned numerous awards for his production. During his time at Cliffs Realty, Shaun was the top broker in Asheville every quarter from 2021-2023.
Outside of his career, Shaun is a devoted family man. He cherishes every moment spent with his two sons. Whether it's cheering them on from the sidelines at soccer matches, Top Golf competitions, or cart racing, Shaun treasures the opportunity to create lasting memories with his boys. In addition to his role as a father, Shaun is a devoted fiancé to Ashley. Together, they share a passion for golf, hiking, and traveling. The couples goal is to visit all 7 continents together however, Shaun is not excited about Antarctica (no golf courses).
