Shaun was really great from the initial contact to closing. We began our search for a new home while still living in Australia. He was able to do meetings via video chat and even shot videos of several properties for us. I came to the USA before my husband and we were able to keep up with the phone calls and video chats as needed to keep my husband involved in all that was going on. When we found saw one property we liked, he even paid the place a second visit and took more pictures for us. When we eventually made an offer on a house, Shaun was helpful in guiding us. We feel like we got a great deal. He was also helpful in smoothing out all the bumps for us and made sure closing was simple.
