My passion in Real Estate is long standing. I have spent 20 years immersed in Architectural Design & Construction Project Management. I have worked with all types of Commercial clients here in Oregon & Globally. My Residential Clients typically reside in the Pacific Northwest, so I can be available for them in person at any point in their project. My background in Design & Construction allows me to offer unique insight into the potential of a property. I look forward to working with a diverse set of clients, helping them accomplish their business and personal Real Estate goals through property ownership.

I have also been investing in Real Estate for years. I have had rental properties and fix and flip renovation projects. I love working with Investors! I am uniquely qualified to understand their needs from timing, budget, and construction modifications. I can also help out of state Investors with the early construction estimating of a potential rehab project.

I reside in the Salem area with my husband and two handsome young boys. My boys are my ultimate inspiration! It is my purpose to raise them to be good little men and understand the importance of a strong work ethic. I plan to show them this by providing you with exceptional service and respect.
