Shawanda served as my real estate agent for a home purchase. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her real estate knowledge, thoroughness and care were readily apparent in our introductory consultation, making my real estate agent selection very simple. She was always available to quickly view properties and answer questions, and did an excellent job of painting a realistic picture of the housing market. Shawanda is the type of realtor that everyone hopes to get. Professional, informative, empathetic, and meticulous. She always went the extra mile for us, sometimes literally. We never felt like she put any pressure on us, and in fact there were several times she would act as the voice of reason: making sure we fully thought through any decisions we made and were not going unduly out of budget, or bringing up items that a property did not have on our wish list.

Shawanda is the best in the business. She educated me and kept me in my budget (she kept reminding me 🤦🏽‍♀️). She makes you feel like you are her only client. I give Shawanda Dodson-Crawford 5 stars. I would give her more if there were more stars. Shawanda was the best thing that happened to us during our house hunt. She was ready everyday with houses for use to look at. Shawanda was a great help and the reason we found our house so quickly. She is an excellent!!!! She was there through the whole process. She made this process Seamless with someone who work 6 days a week, 3 kids, a husband and travel for work. No worries, No stress. As a First-Time Homebuyer, I initially found the process of purchasing my first home, overwhelming. I had no idea where to start...FHA? Conventional? Closing Costs? Earnest Money? I had no clue where to begin. It was intimidating.

After calling a few Agents and receiving little to no direction, I came across Shawanda. She immediately began to give me so much information. She explained the different terms, credit scores, the timeline, etc. Her energy and willingness to provide so much information was amazing. I learnt more from her in that initial 10 minute phone call, then anything I googled or anyone I spoke to months prior.

What I appreciated most was that she didn’t quickly rush me to a lender to see if I was preapproved before offering guidance. Instead, she took time answering my questions and giving sound advice.

My husband and I enjoyed her transparency and commitment to our family during this process. She was never late for a meeting and provided several updates throughout the process.

I am so thankful God allowed for us to cross paths.
