I am highly recommending Ms. Pilson, for your real estate ventures!! Ms. Pilson, demonstrated a fierce loyalty to service the customer's needs. My parents were in the market to sale a property that was located in a "not so nice area". My Dad was told by one realtor that the area was too dangerous and he did not feel safe getting out of the car to inspect the property for a potential sale, even though that realtor grew up in the town the property was located.

Ms. Pilson, came highly recommended by a dear friend of mine. Not only did she drive about 1 hour and 20 minutes to view the property, but got out of her vehicle to inspect and took pictures of the house. Ms. Pilson sent over the paperwork in a timely manner and had the property on the market within 1-3 days of her initial inspection . Her "Can Do" attitude , show of impeccable professionalism, along with a broad knowledge base of the market, had the property pending for sale in 6 days!

Ms. Pilson is definitely a unicorn and one of the Top-Notch Realtors in the state of North Carolina. The qualities she personifies such as:
