As someone who is also in sales it is easy to recognize that he knows that building a relationship with the client and genuinely trying to help them is the most important thing. Shawn Borden did an outstanding job finding a new tenant for my rental property in less than three weeks (in December 2019). From the initial walk-through of my property to the final signing of the lease, Shawn was very helpful and always available to answer any questions that I had. Shawn really went above and beyond in listing and showing my rental unit. He even furnished “booties” for prospective clients to wear, to prevent tracking any dirt on the carpet. I cannot say enough about Shawn Borden. My husband and I were very nervous to sell and buy a new home. We sat down with Shawn Borden and he explained everything from A-Z. It was a lot to absorbed, but he made our experience a great one. He told us that he would take the stress of of our shoulders, and that is exactly what he did. He sold our home in no time, and found us a new home in a wonderful kid friendly neighborhood. We couldn't of had a better agent. Very knowledgeable, patient, and knows how to negotiate. I would recommend Shawn Borden to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
